File naming presets for Subtitle download page (KERNEL-979)

Here's a neat one: it has long been possible to build filenames for deliverables when auto-creating subtitles. When batch-downloading them from a project, however, there was only the standard option. You can now build named filenaming presets under Tools & Data and apply them at any time.
